The rising adoption of digital technologies is increasing the resilience of supply chains. This paper investigates the supply chain coordination method and path involving a manufacturer and a supplier to improve supply chain resilience utilizing Industry 4.0 technology. The study focuses on the coordination process before and following an interruption, with supply chain resilience defined as the supplier's daily supply capacity during a disturbance. The supplier, who will be directly impacted by the interruption, will engage in digital connectivity to prevent disruptions from occurring, whereas the manufacturer, as the core of the supply chain, will respond quickly to a disruption using intelligent analysis, and daily supply shortages will be acquired from the spot market as soon as possible. With these assumptions, the paper provides a two-period model for studying the impact of two coordination mechanisms (cost-subsidy (CN) and risk-sharing (NS)) used by the manufacturer to improve supply chain profitability and resilience. This paper first establishes the criteria for employing these two indicators to improve supply chain coordination and resilience. It is discovered that the NS strategy is more likely to influence the manufacturer's intelligent analysis level, whereas the CN strategy is more likely to influence the supplier's digital connectivity level. When the additional expenses incurred by disruptions are minor, the NS method is more likely to boost the manufacturer's profitability, but the CN strategy benefits the supplier. These findings suggest that members of the digital supply chain should examine and adapt their synergistic strategy to optimize the digital supply chain's performance.

演讲人简介：

洪江涛教授，现任上海对外经贸大学物流与供应链研究中心主任、物流管理系主任，上海高水平地方高校重点创新团队负责人，上海市人才发展基金资助计划获得者，上海市晨光学者，中国物流学会理事，上海发展战略研究中心特约研究员。2008年3月毕业于上海交通大学安泰管理学院，获管理学博士学位。同年进入上海对外经贸大学任教至今，主要从事运营与供应链管理、产业经济领域的教学与研究工作。2009-2012年在复旦大学工商管理博士后流动站从事博士后研究。美国加州大学安德森商学院和澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学信息与物流学院高级访问学者。在《International Journal of Production Economics》《Annals of Operations Research》《Transportation Research Part E》《中国管理科学》《管理工程学报》和《财贸经济》等国内外权威期刊上发表论文60余篇；出版学术专著2部。主持国家社科、教育部人文社科、中国博士后科学基金、上海市发展研究中心、上海市教委和科委课题十多项。
